· Manage the entire marketing function, including social media platforms, public relations efforts, events, content creation, and marketing collaterals.
· Collaborate with senior management to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
· Plan and oversee marketing events and campaigns to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
· Create and manage engaging Arabic content tailored to the target audience.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
· Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channelsRequirements
· Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
· Proven experience in marketing within the F&B sector, stand-alone restaurants, or cafeterias.
· Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
· Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and PR.
· Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
· Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
· Flexibility to work at multiple locations within Abu Dhabi.
