Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sr. Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all the Reclamation and Marine Works Contractors

- Understand/develop/control all facets of contract formation, negotiation and management
- Provide technical guidance and oversight of the procurement functions to all levels of staff
- Strategize with consultants, contractors and suppliers

- Perform risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements
- Prepare procurement reports for the project management
- Provide guidance on procurement corporate governance connection with HQ
- Support PMC / Engineer procurement and commercial team
