Job Description

Needs Analysis & Program Design Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using appropriate tools to inform the design of mission-critical learning programs. Design learning experiences grounded in evidence-based educational practices and aligned with organizational goals. Project Management & Collaboration Form and lead multidisciplinary teams to co-develop and deliver effective learning solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Content Development Create engaging and interactive learning content, including scripting, audio recordings, and video production, utilizing available technologies and resources. Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and enhances user engagement. Testing & Feedback Pilot learning solutions to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for refinement and final implementation. Adjust and improve learning experiences based on pilot outcomes and user input. Implementation & Evaluation Oversee the implementation of learning programs, monitor learner engagement, and evaluate outcomes using structured feedback mechanisms. Continuously assess the impact and make data-driven improvements. Facilitation & Delivery Participate in the delivery and facilitation of learning sessions to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Academic Program Development Contribute as a subject matter expert to the creation and enhancement of academic programs, serving on development task forces when required.Requirements
