Key responsibilities: - Assist in reviewing and validating budget submissions & funding requests by internal departments are valid, complete, reasonable & aligned with Company’s strategic and operational objectives. - Monitor budget utilization by tracking spending against the planned expenditure, to achieve the personal and departmental KPIs. - Perform budget variance analysis by evaluating the museum’s budget performance against target for each period, while providing details on the reasons for the variances - Prepare interim reports (annual, quarterly, monthly) for internal & external stakeholders. - Prepare AD Hoc reports based on management requests. - Review and approve purchase requisitions requested by departments, after assuring they’re in line with the planned budget Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. - Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, CIMA or MBA) - Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in Finance (in which 3 years must be financial analysis working in the UAE) - Experience in companies that has big operation (e.g group of companies) to ensure the exposure. - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Fluency in English (Arabic advantage)Requirements
