Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in inspection and quality assurance to join our team. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. This role involves leading inspection efforts, mentoring junior inspectors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Inspect Products: Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, deviations, and corrective actions. Generate inspection reports.

Training: Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment and tools.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to the enhancement of quality processes and efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality and safety.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity in an oil and gas production or operations company
