Job Description

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up to date content to its readers, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, Construction Week, Esquire and GQ.

A Senior Business Development Manager is required to join the expanding ITP Gaming team.

You will be required to sell the full 360 services of ITP Gaming including B2B and B2C events, activations and tournaments (online and offline), performance marketing, in-game advertising, mobile game development and influencer marketing to gaming and non-endemic clients. The ideal candidate will have an existing network within the gaming industry and a proven track record of success in sales and relationship building.

This is an exciting opportunity in Dubai to work with one of the regions largest media companies within our ITP Gaming division.

Requirements

Key Attributes and Primary Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients within the gaming industry.
  • Leverage your network to identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Ability to create and present sales materials
  • Achieving sales target and growing product revenue streams
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting to exceed revenue targets
  • Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and product offerings
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments


Requirements

  • Educated to a degree-level, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 5 years of successful business development and sales experience.
  • Experience and well-established professional connections within the gaming industry is mandatory (eSports advantageous).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ambitious, aggressive, proactive, creative and hungry for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Arabic language skills and a passion for gaming would be advantageous.
