Black & Grey HR is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading SaaS-based technology company recognized for its innovation, client-centric approach, and collaborative work environment. We are seeking motivated, results-oriented professionals to join their expanding sales team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial sector, including banks, investment firms, and insurance companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS platform.
Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the financial industry in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
