Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to join a multidisciplinary team delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will bring deep architectural knowledge, project leadership, and technical design expertise to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of architectural works. This role involves managing complex design packages, collaborating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring design compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the architectural design process from concept through to construction, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. · Review and validate architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and local codes. · Coordinate with internal teams (MEP, structural, planning) and external consultants to ensure design integration and project alignment. · Provide design input and technical oversight during all phases of the project, including tendering, construction, and close-out. · Attend site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure execution is in line with approved designs and quality standards. · Resolve design-related issues on-site, adapting solutions in coordination with stakeholders. · Lead design meetings and client presentations, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals. · Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to quality management standards. · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. · 7+ years of experience in architecture and construction. · Proven experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. · Strong understanding of Saudi building codes, local authority regulations, and international design standards. · Proficient in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite). · Familiar with construction documentation, detailing, and value engineering processes. · Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
