Key Responsibilities :

Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professionally manner
Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
Maintaining an up-to-date database
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales-driven roles (UAE real estate experience preferred).
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus).
Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills
Organized and Efficient
