Job Description

Saudi Arabia: HR Business Partner Required:

REF: 1565

Position: HR Business Partner (Open to FEMALE candidates only)

Job Description:

-Perform high level HR duties across organization structure planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment, disciplinaries, etc

-Provide robust advice relating to Saudi Labour Law, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.

-Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges

Requirements:

-8 to 10 years’ experience as a HR Specialist including 3 years in a senior role

-Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

-Must have UAE/Middle East experience (non negotiable)

-Nationality open to: Any accept Arab and Indian nationals

-Gender: Female Only

-Languages Required:  English

Hours: Full time.

Start Date: Immediate.

Length of contract: Permanent position.

Package Offered:  $8000-8,500 per month + Family Benefits (Insurance, Air ticket, Child education & Bonus).
