Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Sales Manager
Nationality: Open
Salary: 12000-15000 AED + good commission
2. JOB PURPOSE: One sentence describing the overall objective of the job and, essentially, why the job exists
The Sales Managers role is to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales
targets, ensuring the organizations profitability and market competitiveness.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Train and manage a team of sales professionals.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and identifying
opportunities for growth.
Monitor sales activities and performance to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insight into sales performance and trends.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales activities are aligned
with company goals and objectives.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that differentiate the companys products and services.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share, penetrate new markets, and drive
revenue growth.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with organizational objectives
Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

5. JOB CONTEXT: A general commentary of any aspects of the job that do not fit logically in the other sections e.g.,

▪ Attend weekly sales meetings.
▪ Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
▪ Ensure the profitability of the organization.
▪ Monitors sales performance, analyses data, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and drive
growth.
▪ Adhere to confidentiality-NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
▪ Follow SOPs (Standard operating procedures)
▪ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Define what is communicated to whom and why
Internal:
▪ Sales & Marketing Team- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and
achievement of sales targets.
▪ Management – Reporting sales performance, providing insights, and collaborating on strategic decision-making with senior
management
External:
▪ Clients – Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and clients, understanding their requirements, addressing
their concerns, and identifying opportunities
7. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: Define the nature of
policy/procedure/instruction constraints and the nature of reporting relationships with the boss as well as any
relevant financial sign-off authorities
▪ Developing and implementing sales strategies
▪ Development of the sales budget and managing sales expenses within the approved budget
▪ Inter-department or client communication to be informed/looped to the respective functional head.
▪ Generating and analysing sales reports and data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Only define the skills, knowledge, and experience specific to the job in

▪ A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
▪ Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales experience
▪ Good command of Computer Operating systems & supporting applications
▪ Fluency in English – Read, Write and Speak
