We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market Sales Team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of agents specializing in ready and resale properties, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai’s secondary real estate market, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for results. You will play a key role in managing the sales process, developing strategies for client acquisition and retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
