Achieves Sales Target as set by the management.Delegates designated customers’ accounts to sales team.Follows up projects & inquiries to achieve the sales goals.Supervises the activities and performance of the sales team.Investigates lost sales (customer accounts).Develops pricing schedules and rates.Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis.Attends trade meetings and industry conventions.Any other related task as required by the Division Manager.Reports Monthly sales dynamics and client’s requirements.RequirementsBSc in Mechanical Engineering Degree / Sales & Marketing, MBA is a plus.8+ years of relevant work experience as a sales ManagerKnowledge of business and management principles and practicesKnowledge of strategic planningProficient in relevant Software ApplicationsExcellent Communication and Negotiations & Persuasiveness SkillsLeadership SkillsAbility to work under pressure.English and Arabic are a must.Driving License is required
