Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology Services company in the UAE. Our client has a wide range of services from Design to Maintenance and upgrade of existing systems in various sectors including Power and is looking for a Sales Manager who will work as part of our clients Data Centre Power Division to develop the data center business through networking, building relationships, identifying projects, and closing business opportunities in UAE.

- Responsible for customer management, generate new leads, maintain professional and good relationship

- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

- Collect market intelligence, interpret and analyse customers’

- Participate in industry trade associations, expositions, conferences, and symposium. Leverage this network and build relationships to increase influence and vendors.

- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

Requirements

- Bachelor’s level degree in Mechanical and or Electrical engineering

- 5+ years of experience, preferably combined with sales experience in the field of data centre infrastructure (e.g., cooling or and thermal management).

- Strong knowledge and network of Data Centre stakeholders (consultants, integrators, large end-users)

- Comfortable interfacing to all levels of management within complex organizations, incl. Big Tech

- Thorough understanding of the industry.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Flexible to travel to partner locations.

- Solution-oriented outlook.

- Ability to build lasting relationships.

- Candidates must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
