Our client is a well-established organization that provides 360 marketing campaigns to Real Estate organizations and are looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. An ideal candidate for this role will have excellent experience in selling or handling 360-degree campaigns that includes digital and outdoor media, events and branding.
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing and prospecting, onboarding of clients by offering solutions to suit their business requirements. You will be required to cross-sell and upsell services.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be required to drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer agreement to closed sales
Prospect and qualify clients for ideal customers and sales
Consulting with clients about business challenges and requirements
Drafting and delivering of proposals and regular reporting on sales activities
Provide forecasts and sales volumes
Requirements
Previous work experience of 5-7 years in Media Sales, Consultative Selling and/or handling Real Estate clients is essential for this role
You will be assertive with excellent skills in initiating, business negotiation and closing deals
Result-oriented with excellent problem solving skills
