- Create and implement sales strategies to meet targets for the company’s real estate projects.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and maintain a strong list of leads.
- Oversee the sales process, including client inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Work with outsourced sales teams to make sure they are following the company’s goals and achieving results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for outsourced sales teams.
- Monitor the performance of vendors to make sure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Work with internal departments to ensure sales activities are coordinated smoothly.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign success for senior management.
- Suggest ways to improve vendor strategies and sales outcomes.
- Develop and manage the sales budget with input from senior management.
- Monitor spending to ensure financial accountability.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and agencies.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and real estate marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
