Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing business
strategies, and motivating team members to enhance performance and drive growth. The ideal candidate
should have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep
understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics within water and wastewater treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our
customer base.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing plans that
support sales objectives.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify
opportunities for growth.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing development of team
members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree
preferred).
• 10 to 12 years proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role within water and
wastewater treatment industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
