We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the stainless steel fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth project delivery within the sector. Expertise in technical aspects such as drawings, estimation, and project management will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
  

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the stainless steel fabrication sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.

• Technical Expertise & Estimation:
  

Review project drawings and provide accurate cost estimates for stainless steel fabrication projects. Ensure technical feasibility and propose solutions as per client requirements.

• Autocad & SolidWorks Proficiency:
  

Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks software to understand technical specifications, assist in project planning, and collaborate with design and engineering teams.

• Project Management:
  

Oversee and manage project timelines, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Client Liaison & Support:
  

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Market Knowledge & Networking:
  

Leverage existing market connections and develop new relationships to expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  

3-5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role within the stainless steel fabrication industry.

• Technical Knowledge:
  

Strong knowledge of stainless steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.

• Software Skills:
  

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reviewing technical drawings and project designs.

• Project Management Skills:
  

Proven experience in managing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with different teams.

• UAE Market Knowledge:
  

Familiarity with the local market and strong connections in the stainless steel fabrication industry.

• Driving License:
  

A valid UAE driving license is required for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
