Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Update monthly BE with analysis. Negotiate and finalize cement products new projects. Coordinate with credit analyst for payments and collect over dues. Cross-check the enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies. To make sure the punctual payment of customers and collect the over dues . Target business especially with more margins - concept of value before volume . Prepare daily analysis of the supplies and follows for the future orders. Coordinate with customers and dispatch dept. for daily cement supply . Coordinate with Commercial, Operation & Technical Depths. Provide necessary documents to higher authorities when needed. To change customers mindset pertaining to companys digital transformation . Prepare market intelligence report (weekly/monthly). Interview customers twice a year to support Management on budgeting . Follow the sales management process (agenda planning execution and report )Requirements 4 years minimum sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in Construction/ Building Materials like concrete products, blocks, tiles, pavers, cladding etc
