We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in plumbing solutions and AC accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective strategies, and building lasting client relationships. Key product experience includes PPR Pipes Fittings, PEX Pipes, Poly Plast, Copper Pipes, and related accessories. This role involves client engagement, market research, and handling both quotations and POS transactions.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets as set by management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Engage in plumbing and AC accessory sales, including PPR Pipes Fittings, PEX Pipes, Poly Plast, and Copper Pipes
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Execute marketing activities as directed by the department manager
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
Prepare quotations and submittals as needed
Follow up on customer payments in accordance with agreed plans
Handle POS transactions (cash sales) if required
Submit monthly or quarterly management reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an added advantage
2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in AC accessories or building materials
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and handling objections
