Job Description
We are currently recruiting Sales Engineers for a leading provider of advanced drilling technologies and downhole solutions in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in engineering and a strong drive for sales and business development within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: · Promote and sell PDC drill bits and downhole tools to clients within the UAE market · Identify client needs and propose tailored technical solutions based on drilling requirements · Provide application engineering support, including technical presentations and product demonstrations · Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, operators, and service companies · Collaborate with field and technical teams to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction · Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities · Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and account updates to the leadership team · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering · 2 to 3 years of experience in PDC drill bits, downhole tools, or drilling operations · Prior field engineering or technical sales experience is highly preferred · Strong knowledge of the UAE energy market and client landscape · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and meet sales targets · Abu Dhabi Follow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp. Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
