Job Description


One of our clients is looking for a well-established Sales Director- Real Estate, who can manage a team of property consultants, drive overall sales activities and can leverage his / her own clientle and network to achieve targets. 


An excellent opportunity for someone who is considering to make a shift from being a Senior Property Consultant to managing teams performance or for candidates planning to progress in their careers. 

 

Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience of building a team from scratch and leading in the right direction
  • Visit properties personally, asses them before showing them to prospective clients
  • Adept with technical know-how of documentation – Eg: Representation contracts
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources
  • Proven track record of dealing with HNI’s, luxury segment of clients
  • Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready properties
  • Review plans with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
  • Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities worldwide
  • Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors
  • Involve in lead generations through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads
  • Train team members as and when required
  • Advise team members on how to make homes/properties more appealing to potential buyers
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
  • Participate in Exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Middle East region and globally


Requirements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university. RERA or similar license

Experience:

  • Experience selling properties worldwide is preferable
  • Prior experience dealing with HNI clients and selling premium properties
