Our client, a well established investment company is venturing into the real estate industry. They are looking for an experienced Sales Director who can manage a team of property consultants, drive the overall sales and leasing activities of the company whilst at the same time, leverage on his / her own clientele and network to achieve the monthly / quarterly targets.
Within this role, you will be reporting to the CEO and will have support from the social media and the Marketing team while driving the allocation and performance of the sales and leasing team. A great opportunity for anyone looking for a career shift from being a Team Leader / Sr. Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage the performance and allocation of the Sales and Leasing teams - provide support while at the same time, motivating and training of property consultants
Develop a sales strategy to achieve the companys monthly, quarterly and annual sales / leasing targets
Review property consultants performance against targets
Connect property consultant with developers when needed
Work on sales scripts with agents - track and report back on sales / leasing performance on a periodic basis
Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
Manage operations within the business when required and have an exemplary knowledge of day to day operations
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as Sales Manager/Head of Sales in a Real Estate brokerage firm
Must have a sales background with a track record for the last 5 years
Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
