Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Property Listing Generator / Female

Hanub Properties is a leading real estate agency based out of Dubai. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. As an SDR, your primary role will be to prospect and generate leads, which will be handed off to the sales team. This is a crucial position within our inside sales team, and your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.

Property Listing Generator Responsibilities

Reach out to property owners in Dubai through call, email, WhatsApp and other relevant channels with a goal to help them rent or sell their property
Co-ordinate with the owners to get all relevant details about the property, viewing timings, sale or rental asking price.
List or publish the property for rent or sale in appropriate property portals like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle with a goal to generate high quality leads
Allocate the right budget for boosting property listings
Hit daily, weekly, monthly targets around property owner reach out, listings, leads and revenue
Creating RERA contracts
