Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an enterprise software solution company in the Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Development Executive to join their team and manage both inbound and outbound sales activies

- Achieve and exceed targets for qualified leads / prospects in allocated territories.
- Learn & understand our product offering and develop industry specific knowledge.
- Initiate contact with leads sourced from inbound (MQL) and outbound lead generation.
- Build multi-level stakeholder relationships with leads / prospects, identify their problems, educate them on the company`s value, qualify their interest and viability to drive sales.
- Book prospect 1st meetings for account executives who will further qualify and progress them through the sales cycle
- Focus on sourcing, developing, and nurturing high quality leads / prospects that will quickly move through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with various sales opportunity stakeholders including executives, marketing, account managers, presales, and professional services.
- Attend various online and in person marketing / lead generation and customer events.
- Document lead / prospects information in a variety of tools to manage pipeline opportunities effectively

Requirements

- 5+ years SAAS sales development experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
- A bachelors degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience with construction / capital projects software, such as Aconex, Primavera, Procore or InEight highly regarded.
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication advantageous.
- Experienced in sourcing developing, managing, and qualifying a pipeline of SAAS leads / prospects and setting up account manager introductions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Executive-level confidence and communication in presenting technology to solve business challenges at all levels of a business.
- Must have maturity, good judgment and be capable of communicating with, and influencing a diverse range of individuals at all levels of an organisation.
- Proficient with CRM, Marketing, and research tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
