Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Account Manager - Packaging to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth for our innovative packaging solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their specific packaging needs and challenges
Identify and qualify potential new customers, generating leads and converting them into paying clients
Effectively present and sell the companys comprehensive range of packaging solutions, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable transactions while maintaining customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing customer support, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Contribute to the development and execution of the companys overall sales strategy

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
A track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
