What is this role all about:

As an Ad Manager at Upgrade, you will work to help scale advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable revenue.

How your day will look like:

Set up & Ongoing optimization of ROI-focused Ad Campaigns for different accounts
Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
Come up with creative digital advertising solutions to scale campaigns
Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

Requirements

If you have a track record of exceeding goals when it comes to paid advertising (such as Facebook Ads, Google, LinkedIn, Youtube Ads & more) and have a highly proactive attitude, then we would love to meet you!
