Job Description

Our client is a well-established retail and consumer data analytics and business intelligence organization specializing in RFID solutions.

 

As part of the growth in the region, we are recruiting a UAE / GCC experienced business development manager to join their Dubai operations.

 

The role is responsible for increasing customer acquisition to achieve growth in market share and revenue through lead generation and client prospecting.

 

Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving sales targets in RFID value driven solutions sales.

 

Role Summary

  • Source and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators to deliver profitable revenue growth with RFID solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert to client acquisition through a consultative and value-added solution sales approach.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales, go-to-market and account management strategies to grow the business with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare pitch presentations, RFPs, tenders and bid submissions.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen to successfully negotiate favorable terms.

 

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in achieving sales growth with end-users and strategic partners by building long term, multi-level relationships with decision makers in the RFID technology sector.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Strong technical knowledge of RFID.
  • UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.

 

Education

  • Bachelors degree

 

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the UAE / GCC.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hunter mindset, self-motivated with a deep understanding of the product portfolio and value proposition to close new business opportunities.
  • Tenacious with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets to earn uncapped commission.
