We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. The role involves achieving sales targets, following established sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and keeping up with market trends. The successful candidate will also ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets
Follow KIA sales process standards from prospecting to delivery
Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technical developments, and competitor activities
Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports to the manager
Maintain accurate sales records in compliance with company policies and procedures
Create and deliver timely sales reports and forecasts
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via meetings, calls, and emails
Requirements
University degree in Business or equivalent
2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in auto sales or auto finance)
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
UAE driver’s license and own car
Team player with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
