Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand. Our client is looking to hire a results driven Retail Operations Coach to be responsible for taking care of various retail operations, including customer service, profitability, staff efficiency, training and development.

- Greet customers and serve them efficiently and courteously arriving at the store.

- Ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service at all points of the shopping experience.

- Assigns specific duties to the sales staff

- Manage and control store expenses and shortages.

- Responsible for preparing shift schedules, and control vacations

- Maintain record of inventory levels and order merchandise as required

- Ensure proper stock replenishment

- Motivate the team and provide necessary support for training and development, in order to optimize sales results

Requirements

- 3+ years of proven successful experience as a retail operations executive.

- Team Player

- Commercial Understanding

- Planning and organization skills

- Good communication skills

- Candidates with prior hospitality industry are also eligible
