Primary Responsibility Manage the restaurant administration and supervise the cleanliness and organization Supervise the coordination between sections so that the food and service is provided promptly to guest Supervise the quality of food/drinks and its presentation from time to time so that poor food does not reach guest Supervise the hygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to get the best output Supervise and coordinate the training in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready on time Additional Participate in detailed cleaning of sections, kitchen and restaurant as required Receive instructions from the Manager- Operations and execute Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant for smooth operations Safeguard the equipment and products of the restaurant from being misused
