Job Description

As a Residential Valuer, you will be conducting property inspections on projects and provide accurate inspections notes and valuation reports.

Main Responsibilities to include:
  • Maintain standard accuracy and quality is followed when producing outputs
  • Prepare location and property description in the valuation reports
  • Ensure reports, recommendations, and inspections comply with RICS guidelines
  • Create written reports to present findings along with recommendation of Market Value
  • Stay abreast of the residential market trends, prices, and rates
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience as real estate valuation
  • Proficient in MS office and other relevant software such as ValuePro
  • Valid driving license is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
