Require Manager and Assistant Manager(Finance) in Dubai

Experience - 4 -8 years

Advanced degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.

Job Description

§ Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.

§ Managing Intercompany Transactions, ensuring transfer pricing compliance.

§ Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & and annual reports.

§ Overseeing and managing the flow of cash, and banking.

§ Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.

§ Facilitating the Budgeting process with the help of team members.

§ Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

§ Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit and filing.

§ Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.

§ Any other matter that is required by HO Finance
