Actively promote and sell various types of loans, including personal loans, home loans, and auto loans, to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market trends to communicate the benefits effectively and features of the loans offered.
Conduct thorough financial consultations with clients to assess their eligibility for loans and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all loan applications and related documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform basic credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of applicants and make informed lending decisions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services, such as credit cards and insurance, to enhance the overall relationship with clients.
Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan application status for reporting purposes and future reference.
