We have partnered with a client within the PropTech sector who are looking to add to their growing business, the position of Relationship Manager. An ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in the real estate sector and or in developer sales with excellent market knowledge of how the real estate industry operates.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Managing, prospecting and onboarding of new channel partners to current partnerships with the organization
Continuous engagement with channel partners and closing deals from property inventory
Creating a network of channel partners/ real estate companies
Drive sales from initial stage to closure
Drafting, delivering proposals and reporting on sales activity
Requirements
You will have 1-2 years UAE experience within real estate brokerage sales, developer sales
Good understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and globally with the ability to provide market insights
Ability to work within a team and achieve business objectives
Must be result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Must be well-connected with Real Estate companies and developers
