Job Description

We are looking for experienced and efficient Registered Nurses with two years of experience. Candidate should have Own Visa or Husband Visa. A suitable candidate should have HAAD License/ HAAD Passer Certificate/ DOH License. The job is in Al Ain.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other people in a position to understand care requirements.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Promotes patients independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing divisions philosophies and standards of care

Requirements

Experience: 2 years experience as a Nurse

License: DOH / HAAD License

Gender: Female

Nationality: Filipino / Indian / Pakistani

Visa Status: Own Visa or Husband Visa

Requirements:

Proven experience as a registered nurse
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them always
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and compassionate
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
Valid nursing license (HAAD/ DOH License)
