Job Description

Recruitment and Hiring Specialist


Implementing all procedures related to job announcements in various approved channels, coordinating and receiving employment applications and following up with job applicants and candidates for interviews and tests, employment companies and fairs, entering data according to the approved systems, as well as collecting information that contributes to investing human competencies and talents and implementing succession and Emiratisation plans in accordance with With the policies and regulations of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, benchmarking and human resources systems approved. In addition to preparing and keeping correspondence related to the executive activities of the department


Requirements

Announcing vacancies through the channels available for internal and external recruitment, and communicating with approved external institutions to attract talent from them, such as universities and employment agencies, according to the approved terms and conditions.

2. Receiving and sorting CVs and job applications for candidates, collecting information on job applicants and final candidates, responding to their inquiries, and preparing an initial classification list to be submitted to the concerned person in the department.
3. Implementation of periodic activities related to polarization and participation in exhibitions for the recruitment of qualified human resources, and updating the sources and bodies of polarization within the approved databases.
4. Gathering information about procedures and evidence for recruitment, tests, interviews, sources of attracting talents approved in the federal government, international best practices, and development proposals submitted by the employees to contribute to the development of approved procedures and evidence in this regard.
5. Communicate with candidates to set interview dates, coordinate to complete tests and job interviews, and send job offers letters and letters of apology in accordance with the approved results and directions in this regard.
