Receptionists shall be responsible for presenting the company with high customer service standards when dealing with Guests and Employees. a. Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. b. Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office. c. Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary. d. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. e. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking messages and notes. f. Preparing meeting and training rooms. g. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. h. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. i. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. j. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. k. Provide excellent customer service. l. Scheduling appointments. m. Check, accept and sign for courier delivered items.Requirements
Prior, proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
