Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Provide information and support to clients and staff as needed.
