Job Description

We are looking to hire an Experience Quality Controller for one of Top Class outlet located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 - 7 years previous work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. It is an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for dealing with customers complaints, investigations and
Taking corrective actions to Minimize the market complaints on the target level.
Responsible for Conducting regular inspections of all the food preparation, handling and dispatch Areas
Prepare, schedule and execute practical checks of the food, vehicles and /or cleaning and pest control activities to ensure the compliance with regulations
Continuously evaluate quality systems, and submit change recommendations to Management
Oversee and implement safety programs (i.e. food safety, sanitation programs, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005/2018).
Maintain compliance with all operating procedures including daily sanitation of processing room and equipment, pre-op sanitation check and operational sanitation programs.
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, a delegation of duties, disciplinary actions
Facilitate all internal, second, third and regulatory agency auditing and facility inspections.
Complete and submit corrective actions to the auditing entity.
Maintain compliance with company and customer finished product specs, special handling Procedures, and production monitoring programs.
Implement site-specific protocols and procedures, referencing the Corporate Quality Manual to all sites

Requirements

Experience of 5 - 7 years as Quality Controller/Quality In charge in the Food & Beverage Industry is must.
Bachelors in food science or relevant qualifications shall be preferred.
Communication skills in English (written and oral).
