  1. Conduct quantity take-offs using PlanSwift for accurate material and cost estimation in tender submissions.

  2. Prepare detailed technical submissions for tenders, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabis construction standards.

  3. Proficient in data entry and project management using Candy Connect software.

  4. Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare comprehensive tender documents.

  5. Stay updated with Abu Dhabis construction regulations and market trends to enhance tender accuracy and competitiveness.
