Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for Oil & Gas projects.
Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Monitor project costs, providing cost control reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
Conduct quantity take-offs and manage change orders.
Support tendering, procurement, and claims management.
Provide progress reports and ensure risk management for cost-related issues.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying in the Oil & Gas sector.
Expertise in FIDIC contracts, cost control, and procurement.
Proficient in QS software (Aconex, Procore, CostX, MS Excel).
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Chartered Membership (MRICS or equivalent).
Experience in offshore and large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
