The QHSE Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations within our organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of QHSE standards, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate audit findings.
· Identify areas for improvement in QHSE systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance compliance and efficiency.
· Analyze data and documentation to assess risks, identify non-conformities, and verify corrective actions.
· Develop and maintain audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and implementation of QHSE standards and practices.
· Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in QHSE standards to continually improve audit methodologies.Requirements
· Proven experience (10 years) in QHSE auditing, preferably within manufacturing or mechanical.
· In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), and industry practices.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly. (English)
· Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Certification in QHSE auditing (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor certification) is advantageous.
