Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all civil works are executed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections of construction activities, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing works. Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and inspection test plans. Monitor and document quality control activities, including testing and inspections at various stages of construction. Identify non-conformances, initiate corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and third-party inspectors to maintain quality standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for project stakeholders. Assist in audits and inspections conducted by clients or regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance and control documents. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality standards for civil construction. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 4 to 5 years of proven experience in quality control within civil construction projects. Familiarity with international codes and standards (such as ACI, ASTM, BS). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Good communication and documentation skills.
