Developed and implemented comprehensive QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures, aligning them with organizational goals, resulting in streamlined processes and improved efficiency.
Oversaw the planning and execution of quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures, consistently achieving compliance with Saudi Aramcos stringent quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues, minimizing project delays and ensuring on-time delivery of products and services.
Established and maintained relationships with external stakeholders, including government authorities and third-party inspection agencies, to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate smooth project execution.
