Job Description

We are looking to hire a Public Relation Officer for one of a Top class outlet located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 - 4 years experience as a Public Relationship Officer in the Food & Beverage Industry. It is an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the UAE Immigration team on all visa processing matters.
Document controlling
Supporting the Government Relations Officers as required.
Checking supporting documents related to UAE immigration.
Building and maintaining a network of contacts to support your daily tasks both onsite and offsite.
Supporting employees with any immigration requests and requirements
Supporting employees with Arabic Documents and translations
Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.
Other duties as requested from time to time.

Requirements

Gender: Male

Education: Graduate

3+ years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs.
Good knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration rules.
Good communication skills.
Good command of English and Arabic, both oral and written.
Excellent problem solving and quality control skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proactive and responsible.
Cooperative.
Computer skills (Microsoft office & Excel).
