Job Description

We are on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Public Relations Officer who is hungry for growth and eager to learn. The candidate will not only engage with incoming leads and present apt business setup solutions but also represent our brand, embodying our values in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage incoming leads, conducting both in-person and online meetings to comprehend their business needs fully and craft suitable setup/expansion plans.

  • Opportunity Identification: Explore and identify fresh business opportunities, such as new clients, markets, trends, partnerships, and growth areas.

  • Client Presentation: Present custom-tailored recommendations to leads, grounded in their business activities, requirements, and available market opportunities.

  • Documentation Management: Accurately assess and prepare all requisite documentation for the business setup process.

  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios to ensure supreme customer satisfaction and stimulate referrals.

  • System Maintenance: Diligently maintain the CRM and all internal systems, ensuring they are perpetually updated.
  • Policy Awareness: Stay abreast of alterations to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., that may impact the efficiency of the setup process.

  • Client Solutions: Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to devise high-impact solutions.
  • Liaison: Engage with various stakeholders and authorities to ensure smooth navigation through all phases of the business setup process.


Requirements

  • Knowledge: MUST HAVE a foundational understanding of business setups.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding in-person and virtual communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Aptitude for managing multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
