Job Description

POSITION: PROPOSAL MANAGER

EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS

SALARY: UPTO 25,000 AED

GENDER: MALE

NATIONALITY: ANY

SUMMARY

Proposal Manager is responsible for reviewing basic design done by bid engineer, following up on projects assigned

to project engineer. He has to follow up with the procurement team for fast tracking the project

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the growth of organization with a continuous fostering of relationships internally and externally.

Team building and delegation of responsibilities within the projects, proposals and production teams.

Lead Projects/bids teams to ensure results are delivered on time and budget.

Coordinate multi disciplines activities within the project department and manage the implementation of

design changes during engineering stage.

Ensure customer requirements are met with prompt coordination with project team, sales and marketing

departments

Verify and review client enquiries

Make sure the submit offer in respect bid closing date

improve product design to meet client requirement and reduce material cost

Review and check design documents

Review and check bill of materials

Review and check bid sheet with all items prices

Estimate required man hours in bid sheet

Communicate with client for technical clarifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry
