Job Description

  • Viewing the properties to the tenants and buyers. 
  • Preparing Municipality contacts.   
  • Follow up with customers as per their requirements.  
  • Follow up with property consultant 
  • Approach new client  
  • Reach company target  
  • Daily Report to GM


Requirements

  • Experience in real estate or as a property consultant is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little management involvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
  • Candidates must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Clear and Effective communication skills.
