Client Acquisition:Identify and approach new business opportunities in the lighting sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and end-users.Sales Management:Promote and sell lighting solutions tailored to project requirements.Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Project Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Market Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.Provide insights and recommendations for product development and business strategies.Targets and Reporting:Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting industry.Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
